10th November 2007 Windsurfing: Ynyslas Wind Direction: WNW Wind Stength: 20-24 knots Surf / Sea State: 2 foot messy surf Air Temperature: 13ºC Sea Temperature: 14ºC Weather: Cloudy Max Speed: Distance Covered: At last a decent session where I had enough wind.. Just anyway. Went out with my 5m and Naish Hybrid Freewave. My Wheelbarrow has died so I had to carry all of my kit over so I couldn't take anything else with me and when i got there the 5m didn't feel as though it was going to be big enough. On the water it was just about OK. The gusts were really good and most of the time I was juts nicely powered, although in the lulls there wasn't enough. Plenty of people (about 20) out kiting.. I had a good session, a few nice jumps, some good duck gybes and just generally blasting around in easy conditions... Guess I'll have to buy a new wheel-barrow tomorrow. |
